Lettings · managed or un-managed

  • One-off finder's fee — one month's rent (inc VAT)
  • Management fee (managed only) — 10% + VAT per month
  • Upfront marketing — £150 + VAT (rent up to £1,000 pcm)
  • Upfront marketing — £200 + VAT (rent over £1,000 pcm)

Commercial Pro +

Lettings · full marketing suite

  • One-off finder's fee — one month's rent (inc VAT)
  • Management fee (managed only) — 10% + VAT per month
  • Upfront marketing — £250 + VAT (rent up to £1,000 pcm)
  • Upfront marketing — £400 + VAT (rent over £1,000 pcm)

Finder's fees are subject to a minimum of £600 + VAT, payable on signing of a lease, in addition to the upfront marketing cost. The Pro + marketing suite matches the sales package above — drone photography, video tour, showcase website, feature listing and a sponsored Facebook post.
